Procedure for doing this yoga:
After getting relieved from morning activities, come in open space such as park or balcony. The best time is when Sun is rising.
Start laughing by memorizing some funny moments of your childhood or some yokes.
Secondly, just imagine a weird scene in nature and start laughing.
Thirdly, start clapping and saying HA HA HA for few times. It will help you to start laughing within few days wiyhout any reason
With this activity there will be sharp movement of breathing from the bottom of stomach and it helps in expansion of lungs
