वित्तीय बाज़ार परिचय / INTRODUCTION TO FINANCIAL MARKETS

सामान्य निर्देश :
(i) कृपया निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ें ।
(ii) प्रश्न-पत्र 3 खण्डों में विभाजित है, अर्थात् खण्ड-क, खण्ड-ख तथा खण्ड-ग ।
(iii) खण्ड-क 5 अंकों का है और इसमें रोजगार कौशलों पर 6 प्रश्न हैं।
(a) प्रश्न संख्या 1 से 4 तक एक अंक के प्रश्न हैं। कोई तीन प्रश्न कीजिए ।
(b) प्रश्न संख्या 5 और 6 दो अंक के प्रश्न हैं। किसी एक प्रश्न का उत्तर दीजिए ।
(iv) खण्ड-ख 12 अंकों का है और इसमें विषय विशिष्ट कौशलों पर 12 प्रश्न हैं।
(a) प्रश्न संख्या 7 से 12 तक एक अंक के प्रश्न हैं। कोई चार प्रश्न कीजिए ।
(b) प्रश्न संख्या 13 से 18 तक दो अंक के प्रश्न हैं। कोई चार प्रश्न कीजिए ।
(v) खण्ड-ग 8 अंकों का है और इसमें 3 योग्यता आधारित प्रश्न हैं। प्रश्न संख्या 19 से 21 तक चार अंक के प्रश्न हैं। कोई दो प्रश्न कीजिए ।
(vi) संबंधित अनुभागों में दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार कार्य कीजिए ।
(vii) आबंटित अंकों का उल्लेख प्रत्येक अनुभाग/प्रश्न के सामने किया गया है।

दिए गए 4 प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं 3 प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 1 अंक का है। (1 × 3 = 3)

19. "प्रत्येक म्यूचुअल फंड निवेशक को सेबी के कानूनों और नियमों के तहत कुछ अधिकार प्राप्त हैं और फंड हाउस अपने निवेशकों को उन अधिकारों का विस्तार करने के लिए बाध्य है।" म्यूचुअल फंड पर सेबी के विनियमों के अनुसार म्यूचुअल फंड धारक के लिए उपलब्ध किन्हीं चार अधिकारों का वर्णन कीजिए । (4)
20. "जब कोई कंपनी स्टॉक विभाजन की घोषणा करती है, तो उस कंपनी के शेयरों की संख्या बढ़ जाती है, लेकिन मार्केट कैप वही रहता है। मौजूदा शेयर बंट जाते है, लेकिन अंतर्निहित मूल्य वही रहता है।" स्टॉक विभाजन का वर्णन कीजिए तथा कंपनी द्वारा शेयरों के विभाजन को समझाइए । (4)
21. कंपनियाँ वार्षिक रिपोर्ट प्रकाशित करती है और शेयरधारकों को मुफ्त में संक्षिप्त संस्करण भेजती हैं। किसी कंपनी की वार्षिक रिपोर्ट कंपनी के वित्तीय स्वास्थ्य के बारे में जानकारी का सबसे अच्छा स्रोत है। इस कथन के आलोक में वार्षिक रिपोर्ट तथा इसकी विशेषताओं का वर्णन कीजिए । (4)

19. "Every mutual fund investor enjoys certain rights under SEBI's laws and rules and fund houses are bound to extend those rights to their investors." Describe any four rights that are available to a mutual fund holder as per SEBI regulations on Mutual Fund. (4)
20. "When a company declares a stock split, the number of shares of that company increases, but the market cap remains the same. Existing shares split, but the underlying value remains the same." Describe stock split and split of shares by a company. (4)
21. Companies publish annual reports and send abridged versions to shareholders free of cost. An annual report of a company is the best source of information about the financial health of a company. In the light of this statement, describe an annual report and its features. (4)
