Only 23 Days Left: September 30, 2023 Is The Last Day, Until The Exchange 2000 Notes !
The commencement to trade and store 2000 notes has begun. Since 30 September 2023 will be the last day to change the notes. Both the long stretches of August and September are festive. Because of which there is a great deal of bank occasions or holidays in both the months.
The deadline for exchanging 2000 rupee notes is approaching. If you remove public holidays, there are only 23 days left until the last date to go to the bank and change the 2000 rupee note. According to the RBI press release dated May 19, 2023, the facility to deposit or redeem Rs 2,000 notes will only be available until September 30, 2023.
4 Month Data:
In total the Reserve Bank of India has given 4 full months to exchange or hold 2000 rupee notes. Section 2000 banknotes should only be kept in the bank until September 30, 2023. However, most of the Section 2000 notes were preserved. According to observations, only 15% of the tickets or notes are currently on the market or none at all.
The greater part of the notes have either been changed. or on the other hand stored in the bank. However, in spite of this, in excess of 15% of the notes are as yet being told on the lookout. Which is planned to be changed inside these 23 days.
Days of Public holidays:
We would like to inform you that 8 days have already passed in August. 22 days left. However, the banks will only be open for a total of 10 days. The remaining 12 days are public holidays. Banks will only be open for 13 days in September:
