It was told byCJI of India while Mr Chandchud hearing the petition related to disqualification of Shinde fraction MLAs in Maharashtra , Chief Justice DY Chundchud has reprimanded the Vidhan Sabha Speaker of Maharashtra Assembly. CJi said that the Speaker was given advice to take a decision without any delay

A complaint was filled that the Speaker has not paying interest to take MLAs disqualification matter in schidule time. It was well known the Supreme Court decision of May 11 , 2023, till date the Speaker is quite silent and not to taken any decision on the disqualification of  the MLAs in Assembly of Maharashtra.

While CJI COURT ASKED FOR TIME FRAME

To the decision of the disqualification of MLAs  was in pending and did not take any step by the Speaker and the CJI COURT asked for a time limit of 2 weeks.

Chief Justice said this is very important matter and can't tolerate it.There must be Speaker would have to dignity and given  ( order)  of the SC Court.

It was well known to all that Mr Uddhav Thackeray group has filled case petition in front Supreme Court to give directions on the disqualification of Eknath Shinde and his group's MLAS. Shiv Sena was spilt last year, the Uddhav Thackeray fraction to tell in their Plea and demanded disqualification of 16 MLAs.

Mr Chandchud was not happy because 4 months have been passed and the Speaker was quite silent and ignored the decision of Supreme Court on dated 11, May 2023.The CJI said you ( Speaker) can't say that you will listen the matter within the appropriate time. Now there is no excuse and you are bound to keep giving dates.

The Supreme Court has ordered, it is the duty of Speaker to take the matter as earliest possible period of time. The Highest Court , expects the dignity and respect of the order was passed and given instructions was issued the power of Construction.

Now we are going to take hard step and issuing order for Speaker to follow in any condition within a week settle time limit for complete the proceedings.

            Eknath Shinde had spilted the Shiv Sena 

The leader os Shiv Sena Mr Eknath Shinde had broken the party in June 2022. The Govt was formed by the support of BJP in the State and became the Chief Minister himself, after spelting the party he claimed on Shiv Sena.

On February 16 2023 , the Election Commission accepted the Eknath Shinde fraction within the original Shiv Sena and Election commission had allowed to use Shiv Sena's name and symbol ( Bow and Arrow).

In the verdict of SC , was given 4 months before on the matter of 16 MLAs of Eknath Shinde group. Regarding this the Supreme Court had left the pending decision on the members of 16 MLAs to the Speaker.

Meanwhile Udhav Thackeray group leader Sunil Prabhu was filled a legal petition in the Supreme Court and appealed the honourable judges to reconsider the matter in the justice of law.
