Russian -Ukraine  War :-

The president of  Russia Mr Vladimir Putin is quietly given signals to Ukraine  for CEASEFIRE.

Meanwhile  it is not to say that The President  if Ukraine  Mr Volodymyr Zelenskyy will accept the proposal of Russia. 

According to Putin,  if they ( Ukraine) want to peaceful  atmosphere  they have to negotiate, let them negotiate, by Russian  President  Vladimir Putin has given clear reference that he is open to CEASEFIRE in Ukraine  War but publicly not supporting  and back down ongoing clash in between  the 2 countries,  it is told by New York Times reported. 

Report of United Nations  :-

Report of  United  Nations  told more than 10 thousands Civilians have been killed  and roughly  18500 was injured since war held between  Russia  and Ukraine. The former officials of Russia  and other side American and  international officials have told Mr Putin is eagerly wants and reflecting  signals since September  2023 that he is willing  an open proposal  to stopping the war at the current  boundary lines, as per according  NYT reports. But there is a fact if Russian  troops regain momentum in Ukraine War  than Putin  can change his mind, its depends on the Russian  forces.

Despite  it is not to clear whether Ukrainian President  Volodymyr Zelenskyy will  accept  the deal or not Russia  will hold the capture part of Ukraine  in War.

Russia  started war on Feb 24, 2022 :-

On 24, Feb 2022, Russian  forces have been stacked on Vast regions of Ukraine  and most of the east and south part of Ukraine  had occupied in the battle field regions.

In 2023, the Russian to replace deleted professional soldiers were prisoners and draftees, and they are found weaker against the Forces of Ukraine.  The lost part of the field has not retain to able by Ukraine by the reason  they are not getting  more support  from the west and Gaza War is going  up to much attention  of the World's.

How ever  President  Zelenskyy  visited America last week to meet with President  Biden  and members of Congress  as part of his efforts to provide much more help and support to requested humbly. U.S. officials to approve more aid and moral support  for Ukraine. 

Biden Request  to Congress :-

Video has put proposal on Congress to help them $ 60 Billion for Ukraine, but administration  of board warned President  that it will soon run out money for Ukraine's war effort. But Republican  insisted on doing large adjustment  to border and Asylum policies before  voting on the required funding request. 

Finally  the impact of War is not  good  for huminity and to much effected the atmosphere  of environmental  conditions.
