Process of Taking Food ? How to taking good food

Vegetarian food is best among all foods. From research it is found that non-vegetarian people suffers from a disease more than vegetarian people. A balanced vegetarian diet provides all the essential nutrients required for our body. That's why vegetarian food protects our body from various diseases. Vegetarian foods like vegetables, fruits are rich in fiber which helps in digestion. It reduces the chance of obesity. It maintained the cholesterol and blood pressure level which reduces the risk of heart diseases. That's why vegetarian people have longer lifespan than non-vegetarian people. Most of the non-vegetarian foods are filled with protein, fats and omega 3 but these nutrients can't fulfill all the nutritional requirements of our body. On the other hand plant based food items are completely filled up with vitamins, minerals and unsaturated fats which boosts our immunity power. Due to these advantages people like fitness freaks and celebrities are becoming vegetarian.
Some Rules of Taking Food
Always take food while respiration is going on right side of your nose. Always chew foods properly on right side of your mouth which helps in secretion of saliva and thus results good digestion of food.
Before Taking Food
Take a glass of water one hour before taking food. It is much more beneficial if you add half of lemon juice in it. Take a sip of water before taking food. Wash your hands and face properly with hand wash or shop before taking food. It will clear all the invisible germs in your hand. If you don't clean your hand properly it can cause so many diseases.
During Taking Food
Always take food in a happy mood. Don't take water while taking food. If required take one or two sips of water. Take water after one hour of food. After taking food if you laugh it digests food quickly. If you take five Tulsi(Holy Basil) leaves after food daily it will prevent Malaria. During old age digestion doesn't work properly so it is better to take less food during old age. Always take 1/4th amount of food at night that you take during your breakfast.
After Taking Food
Take a walk after taking food. After that lay straight on a bed for at least half an hour. If you sit down after taking food it will feel lazy. That's why it's better to take a rest after taking food. Taking a little bit of rest will help in digestion. Don't do physical or mental work instantly after taking food. It will reduce the digestion power of your body. Underweight people or people having less digestion power should walk for some time after taking food. Drink water must before going to bed at night. Always drink clean water.
