High prate around Indian political atmosphere spreads over a historic reshuffle in Indian constitution regarding to hold Parliament and State assembly elections simultaneously that is "One Nation One Election" policy.
Central NDA government probably to bring a bill regarding this policy in Parliament soon.
Prate emerged after Prahllad Joshi, the Parliamentary Affairs Minister informed on calling for a special 5 days Parliament session starting from 18th September and will be continued till 22nd September,2023.
Though 2 major and vital bills likely to be introduced in this session :
1) Women's Reservation Bill and
2) Uniform Civil Code.
But exceeding every issue whats being focused on and mostly discussed around the Indian political spherical is the "One Nation One Election" Bill and in this upcoming Parliament special session whether this bill will be passed or not.
BJP already has rouse it's demand in favour of this 'One Nation One Election' policy for several times during its about 10 years continuous ruling tenure.
Therefore, a strong political discussion going to be developed on that ONOE bill probably to be passed and it's amidst such vital moment the Central government preparing to pass it when 2024 parliamentary election's initial processing is in full swing.
Under this 'One Nation One Election' policy,Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha Pool will be provisioned to held in same time.
And thus it will facilitate to the Indian citizens to cast their votes at once.
If this policy will be possible to be implemented then it will the best way ever for saving huge government and EC's fundings, time and government will have a scope to generate more working time space to manage and maintain more development works than now.
PM Narendra Modi also advocates in favour of this 'One Nation One Election' policy to be put into effect for several times from his different platforms.
Multiple development projects and activities regarding development hampers if elections continue to held after repeated times interval.
So, he is in favour of holding Parliament, assembly and even the local body pools simultaneously.
On the other hand, opposition and some political expert panels stand against Modi's argument.Their opinion is that just announcement of a policy cannot be a matter of satisfactory.
Several Constitutional amendments will have to be done to make this bill come into effect as a national policy.
There lies another point of obsession that this policy will demolish the parliamentary democracy and cooperative federal structure mentioned in the Constitution and in its place there will be an establishment of the rule of a single centralized National Power.
And it will result no more for the Indian democracy.
Opposition also claims that there a deep, hidden political interest of BJP lies behind the policy through which BJP will promote their propagandas.
According to them, any election of present days mostly dependable on digital and advanced campaign.
Parties which are financially equipped more obviously will establish their lead in this campaigning field.
In this regard, if all level election is held in the same time-circle, it will be mostly possible to gain success through one time utilization of huge money power.
In such cases, the issues those impacts on parliamentary pool result will have a direct effect on assembly election and issues which generally run there may be blown away by the central waves.
And where the central issues or propaganda prevail, there BJP will checkmate over Parliament,State Assembly and local body election results by applying their money power.
Then every possibility of political and electoral diversity will be bulldozed over by money.
Only it will result one party benefit that is of BJP.
So BJP is promoting their activity to implement the 'One Nation One Election' policy after passing the ONOE bill in Parliament.
Here to be mentioned that some days before WB CM Mamata Banerjee and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar made a significant comment on upcoming 2024 general election that the BJP led NDA government we likely to bring parliamentary poll ahead as the opposition parties formed Grand Alliance named I.N.D.I.A and it is such a meantime the special parliament session announced during the opposition meeting session in Mumbai.
