Wheather it is $ 190 million or $ 409 million, this is value a hell of a lot either way, with in mind , James Howells has been on a decade - as long mission to locate his lost hard drive , and is told it is turning to Artificial Intelligence { AI } to help him to find it. By this the local Council has demonstrated unhelpful in locating his lost hard drive and has denied him access to the landfill site where it happened be. But Howells thinks he can managged the lost down whereabouts it is hide.

The IT Engineer have studied the aerial photographs of the landfill site to try and pin - point an exact location of the hard drive and convinces he is shrinked down to a 200 - square - meter area.

Howells thinks that the search will take 9 - 12 months for the AI scanning system to recover { find } this Hard Drive and his hopes that Counceil will give him authority to go -  ahead to begin his search. The Newport Councle has environmental concerns about the scopping out. Howells to give assurance to the Council that he will do the break up soil in an " Enviironmentally friendly way " .
