The result was aprx. pre determined as the opposition walked out when it momented for voting on the floor on No trust motion after debate session.

The opposition parties forum,I.N.D.I.A moved for a no trust motion on July,26 taken up by Om Birla, honorable Lok Sabha speaker. 

The Parliament witnessed a fierce speech battle over the Manipur violence between ruling NDA and the opposition bloc during 3 days Session.

It is for the first time the PM, Narendra Modi who speaks on Manipur Riot . He informed the parliament all abouts progress on Manipur issue that Strict administrative steps taken to set up of peace and harmony there.He also expressed his confidence that normalcy will return back soon. PM had a clear message to the women of Manipur that all people of the country alongwith the Parliament are standing with them. 

But amidst the replying speech of PM opposition INDIA walked out of the lower house.

Tuesday to Thursday, during this lengthy debate session on No trust motion several MPs of both sides- Treasury and the opposition bench took part.

Gourav Gogoi, the opposition Congress MP initiated the debate. 

NCP MP Mrs. Supriya Sole demanded for immediate resignation of Manipur CM N.Biren Singh.

BJD MP Pinaki Mishra said that though his is a non-BJP party, but NDA government has done a lot of development for Odisha. So BJD is not supporting that motion.

Among BJP MPs, Locket Chatterjee,Jyotiraditya Sindhya,Nishikanta Dubey,Rajya Vardhan Singh Rathod kept bold stand while opposing the motion.

Targeting Sonia Gandhi, Nishikanta Dubey made a remarkable remark that this no trust motion basically had been brought for -- 
1. Intending her son to be settled. 
2. Her son-in-law to be presented.

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju expressed his confidence that within 2047,India will be a Developed Nation through Modi's power of Vision.

The parliament witnesed the suspension of a congress leader for the first time as MP Adhir ranjan Choudhury for attacking the PM with rough verbal delivery and continuous disturbing and interfering ministers while they were speaking.

Finally PM Narendra Modi started his reply speech that continued for 2.20 hours.

Expressing his full confidence on NDA's regaining power breaking all previous records with the Democratic blessings of people. 

Opposition's no confidence motion has always come with some good for BJP led NDA as they brought the same before 2019 pool but it helped NDA to achieve comfortable victory.

He reminds them that inspite of giving long 5 years,they could not prepare themselves with solid opposing skills. 

Thus Modi pointed out the weakness of the opposition parties on how to run an effective session as a responsible opposition.

Special focus on North-East infrastructural development :

NE India, an ever deprived region during Congress rule has been making high attempt for it's infrastructural upliftment after Modi government came to power.  

Through Act East Policy Center has already completed some vital tasks like

1. Launching of Vande Bharat Express in North East India. 
2. Bordering states like Tripura has already been connected and covered with updated Railway Network 
and so on. 

Modi blamed the opposition that they have no concern about Poor's Hunger but of their Hunger for Power.

PM delivered super equipped technical speeches well blended with political maturity and seriousness and throwing deep sarcastic attack towards opposition side.

By using of some phrases like -

the opposition can't differentiate  "red chili and green chili"

 . . such examples directly relates public life and livelihood.

Opposition trying to present their 26 Party coalition,INDIA like as presenting 'old disabled car' as an 'Electric Vehicle.'

Very well prepared and well thinking speech he leaves in such an attractive way based on facts created with solid homework.

The speech containing public touching comments and quotations that it can be taken as a clear advance message to the country on upcoming general election from the parliament floor.

Brief analysis on No Confidence Motion :

An one sided match :

Opposition seen nowhere effectively in the Parliament playing their proper role. 

Lack of proper leadership :

Noticed Opposition Lobby except perfect captaincy. No Captain was there creating pressure on Treasury bench seen.

Most of I.N.D.I.A major leaders are not elected MPs. Their absence was felt in debate session.

Rahul Gandhi's role was like a part timer having a guest like appearance.No serious tendency noticed within him to lead his coalition from the front. Stayed in Parliament for just a while and walked out just after completing his speech where PM Modi Ji continued to speak in his reply motion for nearly 2.30 hours.

Congress did not use Sonia Gandhi in spite of her attendance in Parliament. She played a role of a silent spectacular just moving hand fan.

Even there was a little bit of sign of presenting Rahul Gandhi as the alternative of Modi as well as the face of opposition fell flat. In a word, the Modi versus Rahul game is tested flop. 

In several points in his speech it was not clear what he did actually mean to express !

It appears like that Modi is in full election mood what noticed with his body language to start the lok sabha pool campaign. And it can be felt throughout his long lasting reply speech.
