Russia's space office Roscosmos, which sent off the Luna-25 on Friday, has said that its arrival on the moon wouldn't block India's Chandrayaan-3, which was sent off on July 14, 2023, as the two missions had different landing regions and there was sufficient room on the Moon for everybody.
Luna-25 was sent off from Russia's Vostochny spaceport in the country's Far East locale on August 11, 2023. Its lunar lander is supposed to arrive at the moon on August 23, that very day on which Chandrayaan-3 is supposed to arrive on the lunar surface as well.

"Luna-25 and Chandrayaan-3 have different landing regions arranged. There is no peril that they will hamper each other's capabilities or impact. There is sufficient room on the Moon for everybody. Luna-25 is static, it won't continue on the outer layer of the Moon," Ilya Morozov, Focal point of inner and outside correspondences, State Partnership Roscosmos, told The Hindu
Mr. Morozov said that Luna-25's arrival on the Moon would occur in a few phases.
"Sending off Luna-25 onto the flight direction to the Moon will require 1 hour and 20 minutes. The length of the departure from Earth to the Moon is five days. Remain in lunar circle — from five to seven days, contingent upon the arrival region. Three regions were chosen for the lunar handling: the primary one — toward the north of the Boguslavsky hole and two save ones — toward the south of the Manzinus cavity and toward the south of the Pentland-A pit," Mr. Morozov said.
The Indian Space Exploration Association (ISRO) plans to have the Chandrayaan-3 lander and meanderer contact down close to the lunar south pole district at 5.47 p.m. on August 2
As indicated by the ISRO, there were six dynamic lunar orbiters as of July 2023.
"At present, the main working wanderer is China's Yutu-2 meanderer delivered by Chang'e 4, which works on the far side. From the accessible media sources, it is normal that Luna-25 of Russia with a lander and wanderer will be in a lunar circle of 100 km by August 16, 2023, and will arrive on the south pole of the moon by August 21-23, 2023," ISRO said on August 9.

Roscosmos said that it has had no communication with the ISRO on the Luna-25 venture.
Nonetheless, it said that it is available to India's support in the Global Logical Lunar Station (ILRS) and furthermore investigating the chance of putting a Russian logical payload on future Indian lunar investigation missions.
