The Indian Government has tabled three bills amending the Indian Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Indian Code of Evidence. Union Home Minister Amit Shah presented three new bills related to the IPC, CRPC and Lok Sabha on Friday, which will be shipped off the Standing Board of trustees. Amit Shah presented three bills rolling out significant improvements in the legitimate structure in Parliament. With the authorization of the law, the rebellion regulation will end in the country. Aside from this, many significant changes have been made in it, including the death penalty for raping a minor and mass lynching. Sexual violence and rebellion laws are being changed. Imposition of the death penalty for rape of a minor: The new law contains mandatory legal provisions for cases involving crimes against women. There is a provision that provides for the death penalty for raping a minor. In addition, there are strict rules for dealing with mob lynchings and social issues. The new legislation carries a penalty of 20 years or life imprisonment for all cases of gang rape, as well as the death penalty for the rape of girls under 18. A new provision was added to the Rape Act stating that failure to resist does not constitute consent. Sexual intercourse under a false identity was also classified as an administrative offence. The government's aim is to ensure equality. The reason for repealing the regulation was to secure and strengthen the English organization. Discipline was at the heart of these laws. Justice should not be served, but each of the three new ordinances should now protect the freedoms of the Indian people.
