Laziness is one the factors considered for blaming our failures.
For example:When we fall sick we think that due to laziness i didn't perform my workout which has lead me to my sickness

In today's fast lifestyle, every person is busy in finishing his assignments at his office or with clients. For this person is putting in extra hours.
This means that he is dedicated to his purpose.
But when it comes to our health, we tend to become lazy and pay for our health.
Some basic techniques to overcome lazine. If you find it suitable you can start acting on it.
1. Sleep at night by keeping purpose in your mind. This purpose has to be completed early morning. You wil get up to start your assignment
2. Breakup your problems in small chunks and start achieving on daily basis. You will be amazed to see the results
For example:if you start increasing approx 100 Mt walk dailyin morning, you can achieve goal of 5-10 km daily very easily. You will not get fatigued and your health will improve very fast
3.work continuously for 15 minutes and the take break. This will improve your meditation ability. This helps to improve your mood and whole day behaviour
4. Eat slowly and mindfully. When your stomach is 80% full, you will feel satisfied and increase in your energy. This activity will improve your health in long time
