Both these recipes have helped to decrease the bad cholestrol level in the body, minimise the cramps and joint pains and helped in preventing deficiencies in our body.
First recipe: Water melon juice with pinch of black salt as first drink in the morning.
Second recipe : Turmeric tea. For turmeric tea, boil 2 pinches of turmeric powder in plain water for 2-3 minutes. Strain and let it cool down till we can sip it. Add half teaspoon of jaggery / honey and drink it before going to bed at night. You can try this tea anytime in the day also.
To reap the benefits, continue for atleast 20 days and maximum for 60 days. You will feel that your body has been detoxified.
After that you can repeat this for thrice in a week.
