According  to Elon Musk , he wants more freedom in voting power in Tesla so it is strong to remove him as CEO.  The Musk who is tech billionaire tells about 25 % share is enough that he goes "  Mad " he can be force out. Elon Musk wants more power in Tesla board  so it's very tough to kick him out, but not so much control that he cannot be removed as a CEO if he loses his mind. The richest man of the world  recently sparked to uproar by pressure to build AI and robortics products out side in TESLA unless his voting power control is raised from 13 % to 25 % .He settled out his thinking during Tesla's fourth -  quarter earnings callon Wednesday.

Mr Musk said that he see the way to creating an artificial intelligence and robotics juggernaut of truly total capability and power.  Musk the billionaire told that gaining that potential may be conduct at him to being voted out by the share holders advisory firm  till that he leads more leadership upon Tesla. Musk noted that a dual - class share structure, is being used by the likes of Mark Zuckerberg and Warren Buffett to provide them voting rights that outstrip their financial stakes in their companies, may be ideal.

According to Musk he told that the reason he sort of roughly picked near about 25 % was that not so sufficient that he can control the company even if he goes mad .then they can throw me out. but it's enough that i have a strong impact. An other factor which is very important to remember that majority of people , buying a car is about the monthly payment, he told " As interest rates will drop and that monthly payment drops, than the people will able to afford it and they can buy the car.

Mr Musk thinks if the interest rtes will down quickly , he thinks margins will be good, if the interst rates donot come down quickly, they wonot be that good. Mr Musk colorful comments, such as comparing Tesla's Optimus lab in the set of the HBO show Westworld. Musk warned Chinese automakers are ferociuscompetitors that will attractive to more demolish most other car companies in the world.
