SDRF Team Incharge Inspector Kavindra Sajwan told that the child along with his other friends had come to take bath in Tehri lake. While taking a bath, suddenly he got caught in the strong current and started flowing and after some time disappeared from sight.

This information was immediately given to the police by the boy companions.

Due to incessant rains, the water level of Tehri lake now a days has increased a lot. In such a bad situation, the possibility of the child drifting far away from the spot cannot be ruled out atpresent.

 Due  water level and inclement weather  it is difficult to continue the search operation.The search operation will be continue till body not recovered.
