Breaking: PM Modi's Bold Move to Transform India - You Won't Believe What He's Asking Citizens to Do on Social Media!

Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, has appealed to all citizens to modify their social media display pictures (DPs) as part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' initiative, which aims to reinforce patriotic sentiments and fortify the link between the nation and its populace.

In a recent post on X (previously known as Twitter), the Prime Minister articulated, "Let's actively participate in the #HarGharTiranga movement by changing our social media DPs. This distinctive endeavor will establish a more profound connection between our cherished nation and its people."

The 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, initiated by the government, was launched on this day and will continue until the 77th Independence Day on August 15. Orchestrated by the Ministry of Culture, the campaign endeavors to amplify citizens' sense of patriotism and commemorate the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav with collective involvement and enhanced 'janbhagidari' (people's participation).

Earlier, PM Modi had motivated citizens to engage in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign from August 13th to 15th, encouraging them to share their images on harghartiranga.com. Stressing the emotional bond every Indian shares with the Tricolour, he underscored its role in motivating endeavors towards national advancement.

In alignment with this initiative, Union Minister Meenakshi Lekhi flagged off the 'Tiranga Rally' in the national capital on Sunday. Lekhi conveyed, "As Independence Day approaches, the fervor of celebration is palpable. The initiation of 'Kaal' or the auspicious period by the PM indicates the commencement of our collective journey toward greater achievements. The success of this journey hinges on our united dedication and enthusiasm.
