         European club football season 2023-24 - begins on 11 August. The first to start is Spain's domestic league - La Liga. The very next day i.e. from August 12, the Premier League of England will be played. Which will run till May 19 next year.
         One match is held at the home ground and the other match is held at the away ground. As matches take place, a table is formed. After that if you win a match, you get 3 points for winning. One point is awarded for a draw and no point for a loss. If the points are equal, then the goals of both the teams are checked.
         Since its inception in 1992, 51 clubs have played in the Premier League. In which 49 clubs are from England and two from Wales. Of these, only seven clubs have won the title.

Each participating team gets at least $ 100 million (about Rs 828 crore) as prize money. In which there is also a share of revenue.
          Defending champions Manchester City earned $170 million (about Rs 1790 crore) from the prize money. While the second number team Arsenal got around Rs 1765 crores.
           Number 20 team Southampton got $ 128 million (about Rs 1350 crore) prize money.
