PM Lotay Tshering takes time out of his busy schedule to treat the people of the country every Saturday.
PM Lotay spends the whole day of Saturday treating sick people in Bhutan.

Completed MBBS studies in 2001Lotay Tshering became the PM of Bhutan in November 2018.
He completed his MBBS studies in 2001.After that, he completed his post-graduation in surgery from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Medical University in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
After that, Lotay Tshering studied urology from the Medical College of Wisconsin in the United States.
After completing his studies, he returned to Bhutan. He was the only trained urologist in his country.
