Back pain discomfort can effect in daily activity. How with the help of YOGA ASANA, you can manage your back pain. These ASANAS have potential to strengthen your lower back as well as relieve pain causing to the muscles stiffness or muscle inflammation. Let I will show you a ASANAS.
( 1 ) ( HASTAPADANGUSH ASANA :
Hast means Hand
Pad means Leg
Gush means Toe
( 2 ) BHUSHANGA ASANA :
Also called a COBRA ASANA it is the intense ASANA to help the tone muscle supporting the spinal cord and stimulate the spinal nerves.
( 3 ) VAKRA ASNANA :
That is the excellent ASANA for the relieve the stiffness of back muscles. You can do this ASANA whether sitting like that upper images or lie down in the back side touch in your YOGA mat and put your knees bend and ankle touch in the buttock and bend our knees both sides one time left side and other time right side and hold there for 30 seconds both sides and also turn your face alternate from your knee bend.
( 4 ) YASTIKA ASNA :
YASHTIKA ASANA as an just like as stiff pole. It helps to manage pains and ache in lower back pain.
( 5 ) PAVANMUKT ASANA :
This ASANA stretching back muscles and hamstring muscles. If you feel pain then do this ASANA and you will get relief immediately. You can do this ASANA with one leg stress.
( 6 ) HALF STANDING FORWARD BENDING :
I am showing you in this image only a posture that how will you take position but you will take support of wall in the hand side. This exercise not only give your back relief but also relief in shoulder, neck and relief in stiffness your body. If you feel mild lower back discomfort get up and do this ASANA, you will relief immediately. So let understand the steps : Stand 3 ft. away from the wall and bend your hip and touch the wall with your hand the upper body horizontal or parallel to the ground keep your back and leg straight stay here 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat it 5 times.
It will assure that you will do that ASANAS 30 to 45 minutes daily. You will feel comfort in your back pain and relief in your future back pain.In spite of al this I will tell you some tips :
( 1 ) You should use maximum TURMERIC. It is best spice for back pain. It is powerful anti - inflammatory and powerful antioxidant.
( 2 ) Consume antioxidant foods. It help you reduce your back pain.
( 3 ) Kokum Juice : It is also an excellent antioxidant properties. You can also use in kokum syrup.
( 4 ) Green Tea : It improves memory and very good for back pain relief.
