THIS MEDITATION CAN REMOVE ANXIETY IN 5 MINUTES
During meditation, if the eyes, skin, ears, nose and sense of taste i.e. tongue are also included, then anxiety can be overcome in 5 minutes. According to America’s clinical and educational psychologist Samantha Snowden, this 5 senses meditation focuses thoughts in the present, which reduces anxiety rapidly. The good thing is that it can be done easily anywhere. Better if you do it in an open place.
Sit in a comfortable posture. Now take a deep breath through the nose two to three times. During this, feel the breath coming and going inside the body. Do it. After this start breathing normally. Now feel the 5 senses like this.
Eyes:
Look around you carefully. Find something you haven’t seen or noticed before. Keep observing the things around you for a minute.
Skin:
Now close your eyes. Touch the place where you are sitting with your feet. Feel the feet with the hands. Feel the temperature of the environment on the skin. Do this for 1 minute.
Ears:
Keep the eyes closed. Try to listen to the surrounding sounds with a calm mind. Listen to as many different sounds as you can.
Nose:
Take a deep breath. Feel any kind of fragrance spreading in the air. Keep feeling it for 1 minute no matter how light, wet it is.
Tongue:
Now finally try to feel the taste of the mouth. Even if there is no taste, no problem. Just try to feel it.
