RELAX EXERCISE yoga
After getting very tired while working the mind only wants to rest. In such a situation, with one stretch, we want to remove our tirednes. But i do not feel like doing exercise whi;e standing. There are some exercise for this condition, which can be done lying down while resting, which can turn tiredness into relaxation.
FIRST EXERCISE
•Lie on the ground on your stomach with a pillow under your chest.
• Keep in mind that your hands should be holding it from under the pillow.
• Try to touch the hip with the heel while bending the right leg at the knee.
• Bringing the leg back to the starting position, repeat the same process with the other leg.
SECOND EXERCISE
• This exercise can be done on the bed. Lie down on your back.
• Bend the knee of the right leg and try to touch the chest with the thigh.
• Take the leg back to the starting position and repeat the same process with the left leg.
• Do this process 10 times with both the legs one by one.
THIRD EXERCISE
• Plce two pillows one above the other and keep them under the kness and lie down.
• Straighten the left leg upwards spread. Do not loosen the leg while leave it doing this.
• Bringing the left leg back, the right Repeat the same process with the feet.
• It do this process 10 times or according to your capacity.
FOURTH EXERCISE
• Take two pillows of equal weight in both your hands and lie down on your back.
• Keeping your hands close to the ground, open your arms and keep them parallel to your shoulders.
• By raising the hands upwards, put both the pillows together.
• Now bring both the hands parallel to the shoulders again like the wings of a butterfly.
NOTE : The method of exercise described above is according to the instructions of exercise teachers, by doing which you can also improve your health Can relieve fatigue.
