प्रश्न संख्या 4 : बैंक समाधान विवरण / Bank Reconciliation Statement

• [Hindi]: निम्नलिखित सूचना से एक बैंक समाधान विवरण 31 मार्च, 2016 को बनाइये:

  1. इस तिथि को रोकड़ बही में बैंक खाते का शेष 3,000 रु० था।

  2. 200 रु० का चैक बैंक में जमा किया गया था परन्तु बैंक खाते में अभी तक जमा नहीं हुआ।

  3. लेनदारों को 1,800 रु० के दो चैक दिये गये थे, उनमें से बैंक के पास केवल 800 रु० का एक चैक ही भुगतान के लिए प्रस्तुत किया गया।

  4. निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ पासबुक में की गयी थीं परन्तु रोकड़ बही में उस तिथि तक नहीं लिखे गये थे:

     • (अ) बैंक व्यय 40 रु०

     • (ब) 200 रु० का बीमा प्रीमियम बैंक द्वारा चुकाया गया था

     • (स) एक ग्राहक द्वारा बैंक में 500 रु० सीधे जमा कर दिये गये।

• [English]: From the following information prepare a Bank Reconciliation Statement on 31st March, 2016:

  1. On this date the bank balance in cash book was Rs. 3,000.

  2. A cheque of Rs. 200 was deposited in the Bank but it is yet not credited in the Bank.

  3. Two cheques of Rs. 1,800 were given to the creditors but out of them only one cheque of Rs. 800 was presented in the Bank.

  4. The following entries were made in the Pass Book but they were not entered in Cash Book by that date:

     • a) Bank charges Rs. 40.

     • b) Insurance premium of Rs. 200 was paid by the bank.

     • c) Rs. 500 were deposited in the bank directly by a customer.

प्रश्न संख्या 7 : जर्नल प्रविष्टियाँ एवं अन्तिम खाते / Journal & Final Accounts

• [Hindi]: 1 मार्च, 2016 को आर्यन ने 6,000 रु० का माल देव को उधार बेचा। आर्यन ने देव के ऊपर 3 माह का एक विपत्र लिखा जिसे देव ने स्वीकार कर आर्यन को वापिस कर दिया। देय तिथि पर विपत्र प्रतिष्ठित हो गया। निम्नलिखित प्रत्येक परिस्थितियों में आर्यन की पुस्तकों में जर्नल के लेखे कीजिए:

  • अ) जब आर्यन विपत्र को अपने पास रखता है और देय तिथि पर भुगतान प्राप्त करता है।

  • ब) जब आर्यन 4 मार्च, 2016 को अपने बैंक से विपत्र को 5,850 रु० में भुना लेता है।

  • स) जब आर्यन 10 मार्च, 2016 को अपने लेनदार सागर को 6,100 रु० के ऋण के पूर्ण भुगतान में विपत्र का बेचान कर देता है।

• [English]: On 1st March, 2016 Aryan sold goods on credit worth Rs. 6,000 to Dev. Aryan drew a bill for 3 months on Dev which was accepted and returned by Dev to Aryan. The bill was honoured on due date. Pass journal entries in the books of Aryan under each of the following circumstances:

  • a) When Aryan keeps the bill with himself and receives the payment on due date.

  • b) When Aryan discounts the bill with his banker for Rs. 5,850 on 4th March, 2016.

  • c) When Aryan endorses the bill to his creditor Sagar on 10th March, 2016 in full settlement of his debt of Rs. 6,100.

• समायोजनाएँ / Adjustments:

  1. अन्तिम रहतिया 32,000 रु० / Closing stock Rs. 32,000.

  2. पूर्वदत्त कर 600 रु० / Prepaid tax Rs. 600.

  3. ह्रास: प्लाण्ट पर 10%, फर्नीचर पर 15% / Depreciation: 10% on Plant, 15% on Furniture.

  4. अशोध्य ऋण प्रावधान को 400 रु० से बढ़ाइए / Increase provision for Bad Debts by Rs. 400.

• [Hindi]: सम्भल के अनुराग ने सम्भल के ठुल्ला भाई की ओर से निम्नलिखित माल का विक्रय किया है:

  • 4 ड्रम मेंथा आयल (प्रत्येक 100 लीटर @ 850 रु० प्रति लीटर)

  • 20 टीन मेंथा आयल (प्रत्येक 15 लीटर @ 900 रु० प्रति लीटर)

  • व्यय: ट्रक भाड़ा 2,000 रु०, बीमा 1,200 रु०, ढुलाई 800 रु०, गोदाम किराया 9,000 रु०, अन्य व्यय 2,000 रु०।

  • कमीशन 15% की दर से काटा गया है। विक्रय विवरण तैयार कीजिए।

• [English]: Anurag of Sambhal has sold following goods on behalf of Thulla Bhai of Sambhal:

  • 4 Drums of Mentha oil each containing 100 litres @ Rs. 850 per litre.

  • 20 Tins of Mentha oil each containing 15 litres @ Rs. 900 per litre.

  • Expenses: Truck freight Rs. 2,000; Insurance Rs. 1,200; Carriage Rs. 800; Godown Rent Rs. 9,000; Other Expenses Rs. 2,000.

  • Commission @15% deducted. Prepare Account Sales.
