सामान्य निर्देश :
(i) कृपया निर्देशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़िए।
(ii) यह प्रश्न-पत्र तीन खण्डों में विभाजित है, अर्थात् खण्ड क, खण्ड ख और खण्ड ग।
(iii) खण्ड क - 5 अंकों का है और इसमें रोज़गार कौशल पर 6 प्रश्न हैं।
(क) प्रश्न संख्या 1 से 4 तक एक अंक के प्रश्न हैं। किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
(ख) प्रश्न संख्या 5 और 6 दो अंकों के प्रश्न हैं। किसी एक प्रश्न का उत्तर दीजिए।
(iv) खण्ड ख - 17 अंकों का है और इसमें विषय विशिष्ट कौशल पर 16 प्रश्न हैं।
(क) प्रश्न संख्या 7 से 13 तक एक अंक के प्रश्न हैं। किन्हीं पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
(ख) प्रश्न संख्या 14 से 18 तक दो अंकों के प्रश्न हैं। किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
(ग) प्रश्न संख्या 19 से 22 तक तीन अंकों के प्रश्न हैं। किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
(v) खण्ड ग - 8 अंकों का है और इसमें 3 योग्यता-आधारित प्रश्न हैं।
प्रश्न संख्या 23 से 25 तक चार अंकों के प्रश्न हैं। किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
(vi) संबंधित खण्डों में दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार कीजिए।
(vii) आबंटित अंकों का उल्लेख प्रत्येक खण्ड / प्रश्न के सामने किया गया है।

श्री अजय गुप्ता पूरे भारत में एक व्यापार कर रहे हैं। वह उत्तराखण्ड के एक पहाड़ी क्षेत्र में रहते हैं। उनके पास व्यापार उद्देश्य के लिए एक कार है जिसका बीमा उन्होंने नेशनल इन्शोरेंस कम्पनी से किया हुआ है। तृतीय पक्ष बीमा के अलावा, आप अजय गुप्ता को दूसरे प्रकार की जोखिमों को कवर करने के लिए कौन-सा बीमा लेने का सुझाव देंगे और क्यों ? कारण सहित उत्तर दीजिए। (4 अंक)
श्री राजू दिल्ली में जनकपुरी में रहते हैं और उन्होंने व्यक्तिगत दुर्घटना पॉलिसी ली हुई है क्योंकि वह एक दूध सप्लायर है। एक दिन उनको अपराध करते समय शारीरिक चोट लग जाती है। अब ऐसे में राजू बीमा रकम के लिए बीमा कम्पनी में दावा करते हैं। संक्षेप में समझाइए यदि दावे को आगे प्रक्रमणित किया जाएगा। (4 अंक)
विनय कुमार ने अपने भवन को सेंधमारी जोखिमों से बचाने के लिए बीमा कराया है और उसने अपने भवन में कुछ मुख्य परिवर्तन किए हैं जिससे भवन सेंधमारी के लिए अधिक असुरक्षित हो जाता है। यदि सेंधमारी की घटना होती है, तो क्या अब भी यह घटना पॉलिसी में कवर होगी ? ऐसे किन्हीं अन्य दो कारकों को समझाइए जिससे पॉलिसी अमान्य हो जाती है। (4 अंक)

Mr. Ajay Gupta is running a business all over India. He lives in a hilly area of Uttarakhand. He has a car for business purpose and has insured his car with National Insurance Company. Apart from the third party insurance, which insurance would you suggest to Ajay Gupta to cover the other risks also and why? Answer with reason. (4 marks)
Mr. Raju lives at Janakpuri in Delhi and took Personal Accident Policy, because he is a milk supplier. One day he got injured bodily while committing a crime. Now, Raju claimed the insurance amount from the company. Briefly explain if the claim will be processed. (4 marks)
Vinay Kumar has insured his premises against the risk of burglary and made certain changes in his premises which made it more vulnerable to burglary. If the burglary takes place, will this happening still be covered under his policy? Explain any other two factors which can make the policy void. (4 marks)
