कृपया जाँच कर लें कि इस प्रश्न-पत्र में मुद्रित पृष्ठ 8 हैं। परीक्षार्थी प्रश्न-पत्र कोड को उत्तर-पुस्तिका के मुख पृष्ठ पर अवश्य लिखें । प्रश्न-पत्र में दाहिने हाथ की ओर दिए गए प्रश्न-पत्र कोड को छात्र उत्तर-पुस्तिका के मुख पृष्ठ पर लिखें । कृपया जाँच कर लें कि इस प्रश्न-पत्र में 21 प्रश्न हैं। कृपया प्रश्न का उत्तर लिखना शुरू करने से पहले, उत्तर-पुस्तिका में प्रश्न का क्रमांक अवश्य लिखें। इस प्रश्न-पत्र को पढ़ने के लिए 15 मिनट का समय दिया गया है। प्रश्न-पत्र का वितरण पूर्वाह्न में 10.15 बजे किया जाएगा। 10.15 बजे से 10.30 बजे तक छात्र केवल प्रश्न-पत्र को पढ़ेंगे और इस अवधि के दौरान वे उत्तर-पुस्तिका पर कोई उत्तर नहीं लिखेंगे ।

Please check that this question paper contains 8 printed pages. Q.P. Code given on the right hand side of the question paper should be written on the title page of the answer-book by the candidate. Please check that this question paper contains 21 questions. Please write down the Serial Number of the question in the answer-book before attempting it. 15 minute time has been allotted to read this question paper. The question paper will be distributed at 10.15 a.m. From 10.15 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., the students will read the question paper only and will not write any answer on the answer-book during this period.

सामान्य निर्देश :

(i) कृपया निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ें । (ii) यह प्रश्न-पत्र 3 खण्डों में विभाजित है, अर्थात् खण्ड-क, खण्ड-ख तथा खण्ड-ग । (iii) खण्ड-क, 5 अंकों का है और इसमें रोजगार कौशलों पर 6 प्रश्न हैं। (a) प्रश्न संख्या 1 से 4 तक एक अंक के प्रश्न हैं। कोई तीन प्रश्न कीजिए । (b) प्रश्न संख्या 5 और 6 दो अंक के प्रश्न हैं। किसी एक प्रश्न का उत्तर दीजिए । (iv) खण्ड-ख, 12 अंकों का है और इसमें विषय विशिष्ट कौशलों पर 12 प्रश्न हैं। (a) प्रश्न संख्या 7 से 12 तक एक अंक के प्रश्न हैं। कोई चार प्रश्न कीजिए । (b) प्रश्न संख्या 13 से 18 तक दो अंक के प्रश्न हैं। कोई चार प्रश्न कीजिए । (v) खण्ड-ग 8 अंकों का है और इसमें 3 योग्यता आधारित प्रश्न हैं। प्रश्न संख्या 19 से 21 तक चार अंक के प्रश्न हैं। कोई दो प्रश्न कीजिए । (vi) संबंधित अनुभागों में दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार करें। (vii) आवंटित अंकों का उल्लेख प्रत्येक अनुभाग/प्रश्न के सामने किया गया है।

General Instructions:

(i) Please read the instructions carefully. (ii) This question paper is divided into 3 Sections viz. Section A, Section B and Section C. (iii) Section A is of 5 marks and has 6 questions on Employability skills. (a) Question numbers 1 to 4 are one mark questions. Attempt any three questions. (b) Question numbers 5 and 6 are two marks questions. Attempt any one question. (iv) Section B is of 12 marks and has 12 questions on subject specific skills. (a) Question numbers 7 to 12 are one mark questions. Attempt any four questions. (b) Question numbers 13 to 18 are two marks questions. Attempt any four questions. (v) Section C is of 8 marks and has 3 competency based questions. Question numbers 19 to 21 are four marks questions. Attempt any two questions. (vi) Do as per the instructions given in the respective sections. (vii) Marks allotted are mentioned against each section/question.

दिए गए 3 प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं 2 प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । / Answer any 2 questions out of the given 3 questions. (4 x 2 = 8)

1. कुशल और प्रभावशाली बैंकिंग के लिए HDFC बैंक के मैनेजर अपने बैंक में इंटरनेट बैंकिंग शुरू करना चाहते हैं। विभिन्न प्रकार की इंटरनेट बैंकिंग को समझाइए जो वह अपने बैंक में प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। (4)

   For effective and efficient Banking the manager of HDFC Bank wants to introduce Internet Banking in his Bank. Explain different types of Internet Banking he can use in his Bank. (4)

    

2. रमेश अपने परिवार की सुरक्षा के लिए जीवन बीमा पॉलिसी लेना चाहता है। जीवन बीमा पॉलिसी लेने की कार्यविधि समझाकर आप उसकी मदद कीजिए । (4)

   Ramesh want to take Life Insurance Policy to secure his family. Help him by explaining the procedure of taking Life Insurance Policy. (4)
