• [Hindi]: कैसे प्रबंध कार्य 'नियंत्रण' कर्मचारियों को अभिप्रेरित करता है तथा उन्हें बेहतर निष्पादन देने में सहायता करता है? उल्लेख कीजिए।

• [Hindi]: साहिल 'निटवियर लिमिटेड' का वित्त प्रबंधक है। कम्पनी ऊनी वस्त्रों के उत्पादन में संलग्न है। कम्पनी के उत्पादों की माँग मौसमी है, जबकि उत्पादन पूरे वर्ष चालू रहता है। इसके उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता के कारण कम्पनी के व्यवसाय का फैलाव सम्पूर्ण देश में हो रहा है। कम्पनी का प्रचालन उच्च पैमाने का है तथा इसके क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय उत्तरी, दक्षिणी, पूर्वी तथा पश्चिमी भारत में हैं। इसके प्रत्येक संभाग का निष्पादन अत्यधिक उच्च स्तर का है। कच्चे माल की बाधारहित उपलब्धता के लिए कम्पनी को उच्च स्टॉक स्तर की आवश्यकता है। यही नहीं, प्रतियोगिता का सामना करने तथा ग्राहकों के अति-आवश्यक आदेशों को पूरा करने के लिए कम्पनी को तैयार उत्पादों के पर्याप्त स्टॉक की भी आवश्यकता है।

o उपर्युक्त चर्चा को ध्यान में रखते हुए 'निटवियर लिमिटेड' की कार्यशील पूँजी आवश्यकता को प्रभावित करने वाले पाँच कारकों का उल्लेख कीजिए।
• [English]: Sahil is the Finance Manager of 'Knitwear Ltd'. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of woolen clothes. The demand of the company's products is seasonal, whereas the production continues throughout the year. Due to the quality of its products, the company's business is spreading across the country. The company is operating at a large scale having its regional offices in Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western India. The performance of its each division is of very high level. For uninterrupted availability of raw materials, the company requires high stock levels. Not only this, to face the competition and to meet the urgent orders of the customers, the company also needs enough stock of finished goods.

• [Hindi]: स्टील की छड़ों का उत्पादन करने वाले एक अग्रणी उत्पादक 'अभिषेक इंजीनियरिंग लिमिटेड' ट्रक विनिर्माण के व्यवसाय में प्रवेश करना चाहती है। इसके लिए, वित्त प्रबंधक को जब भी आवश्यकता हो, धन की उपलब्धता तथा इसके संभावित स्रोतों को सुनिश्चित करना होता है। उसे देखना होता है कि कम्पनी अनावश्यक रूप से कोष एकत्रित नहीं करे। इस प्रकार उसे कोष आवश्यकता तथा उसकी उपलब्धता का मिलान करना होता है।

• [English]: 'Abhishek Engineering Ltd.', a leading manufacturer of steel rods wants to enter into the business of manufacturing trucks. For this, the Finance Manager has to ensure the availability of funds whenever required and its possible sources. He has to see that the company does not raise funds unnecessarily. In this way he has to match the funds requirement and their availability.

प्रश्न 12 / Question 12 (5 अंक / Marks):
• [Hindi]: राहुल ने हाल ही में अपनी बी.टेक. पूर्ण की है तथा इन्वर्टरों का उत्पादन करने वाली एक अग्रणी कम्पनी में पद ग्रहण किया है। बाज़ार के 70% भाग पर कब्जा करने के लिए कम्पनी सोलर इन्वर्टरों के उत्पादन में प्रवेश करने की योजना बना रही है। इस लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति हेतु इसे प्रशिक्षित कार्यबल की आवश्यकता है। मानव संसाधन प्रबंधक ने राहुल से संगठन को प्रशिक्षित कार्यबल से होने वाले किन्हीं पाँच लाभों की कारण सहित सूचना देने के लिए कहा। संगठन को प्रशिक्षित कार्यबल के लाभ के किन्हीं पाँच बिन्दुओं का उल्लेख कीजिए जो राहुल ने अपने उत्तर में मानव संसाधन प्रबंधक को भेजे होंगे।
• [English]: Rahul has just completed his B.Tech. and joined a leading company manufacturing inverters. To capture 70% of the market share, the company is planning to enter into the manufacturing of solar inverters. To achieve this target it requires trained workforce. The Human Resource Manager asked Rahul to give any five benefits to the organisation, with reasons, for training the workforce. State the five points of benefits of trained workforce to the organisation that might have been sent by Rahul in his reply to the Human Resource Manager.
